Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum order.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (including PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses), Australia, Canada, New Zealand and most other countries. We don't currently ship to the United Kingdom or the European Union.

Delivery time

Free Tracked Shipping takes 7 to 12 business days to the United States after your order is dispatched, and 10 to 15 business days everywhere else. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can stay unchanged for a few days while a parcel moves between carriers. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and taxes

US orders have nothing extra to pay on delivery. Outside the US, some countries charge their own import tax or duties when a parcel arrives. These are set by local customs, are not included in our price and are paid by the customer. If a carrier asks you to pay a fee to release your parcel, email us before paying and we will help.

Orders of two books

Orders of two books may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.

Lost or undelivered orders

If nothing has arrived 15 business days after you ordered (20 business days outside the US), email support@tinyreaderco.com and we will resend the order or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and resend it at no charge.
